Projects, Projects, Projects! Lots of cool things in the works.

The past two weeks have been abuzz planning the implementation of Year Two projects.  Program Manager Moises Huerta and I are working diligently -- assembling the pieces, setting priorities, setting deadlines, filling in the gaps, and learning how to manage the resources we have to get the many projects done.

The POST-IT wall -- a work in progress.

Once again it was a joy to be a guest instructor at Jacalyn Garcia-Lopez's "Intro to Art" class at COD/INDIO.  Jacalyn is standing next to me in the first row.
Great meetings this week with singer/songwriter Giselle Woo (left), Chris Sanchez and Sofia Enriquez -- they'll be painting a Crisalida supported mural in Coachella once the heat comes down a bit.

A milestone!  We now have an official signed contract with CVHC to provide arts services!

Good planning session with Francisco Rodriguez who will be spearheading a public poetry project -- look out for the Crisalida Van projecting poetry onto a wall near you!

ROWLOW, THE GIANT, and CHACE - brainstorming performances and workshops in EAST VALLEY venues this year.
